How it all began!
GulfCoastBoatMarket.com grew out of something every Gulf Coast boater knows firsthand. Searching for a boat on the Gulf Coast meant wading through thousands of listings from landlocked states. The existing websites are built for the whole country. Nobody has built one for us. When you finally gave up on the national platforms and turned to Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist, it only got worse. Listings priced ridiculously low to generate views. Scam inquiries from people who never intended to buy anything. Sketchy texts and emails with copy-pasted generic messages leading absolutely nowhere. Blurry photos taken from 40 feet away. No engine hours. No damage disclosure. No way to know if the seller or buyer was even real. You spent your weekends chasing listings and responding to ghosts that were never worth your time. We were tired of it...
So we built something better.
We built this because we know these waters. We know these boats. We know the difference between a serious seller and a tire kicker, between a fair price and a lowball. And we know that Gulf Coast boaters deserve a marketplace that speaks their language, serves their community, and makes finding the right boat effortless.
