If you have a question about a specific listing, please use the Contact Seller button directly on the listing page. That sends your message straight to the seller and is the fastest way to get an answer. If you believe a listing is fraudulent or violates our terms, email us at hello@gulfcoastboatmarket.com, and we will investigate immediately.
I Need Help Posting My Listing
We are happy to walk you through the listing process. Email us at hello@gulfcoastboatmarket.com with your question, and we will help you get your boat listed as quickly as possible. Include your name, the boat you are trying to list, and a brief description of the issue you are running into.
My Listing Has Not Been Approved Yet
Most listings are reviewed and approved within 24 hours. If it has been longer than 24 hours and you have not heard from us, check your spam folder first. If you still have not received a response, email us at hello@gulfcoastboatmarket.com with your name and the boat you listed, and we will look into it right away.
I Want to Report a Problem
If you encounter a suspicious listing, a fraudulent seller, or any other issue on our platform, please email us immediately at hello@gulfcoastboatmarket.com. Include as much detail as possible, including the listing in question and what you observed. We take the integrity of our platform seriously and will act quickly on any reported issues.
